What is badly missing on this planet is a central place, which could be the United Nations, where government would be studied world-wide: local government, city government, provincial government, national government, continental government, global government, government of outer space, of the ozonosphere, biosphere, atmosphere, seas and oceans, mountain chains, polar caps and government in the future. Such a central, holistic place is absolutely, urgently needed.
