Peace |
~ Idea 3105 ~ Dear God, Why didn't you decide that those who want to achieve world peace and make your Earth a paradise would live longer, let us say ten or twenty years more? With such an incentive they would have a better chance to achieve these objectives. God: "How can you be so blind? I did it already: for example I saved you several times during the war; you are still alive and healthy at the age of seventy-seven; and I have made all great peacemakers immortal. What else do you want?" I: You have a point but why did you let so many great peacemakers get killed, your own son for example and others like Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Dag Hammarskjöld and many more? * Daily Idea Dream Topics: Peace, Idea Dreams 6001-6500, Ending War, Earth's Ecology, Religion & Spirituality |

Robert's Golden Sayings |
Spirituality is a flower with a thousand petals: every act, every thought, every talk, every movement of our heart is a part of it. * I do not mind being called childish. My dream is to remain childish as long as I live, with wonder in my heart and glimmer in my eyes. * Remain little: the scythe does not cut the smallest plants. * |
My Testament to the UN -A Contribution to the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations, 1995, Chapter 6 |
After a speech at the University for Peace, the Earth began to tremble. I said to the audience: "The bad spirits seem to be mad at me." A listener commented: "On the contrary, they are applauding YOU." After another speech, a woman said: "While you spoke I saw a rainbow rise over the mountains. You were showing us the pot of gold at the end of it." * |
