The human species has not yet found its right way(s) on planet Earth, while most other species have. We need a humanology, a science of the right ways and relations of the human species with our Mother Earth, her nature, her functioning, her other species and her future evolution in the solar system and cosmos. We should also create an Earthology, a total science of the Earth.

People often ask me: "How can you be so optimistic? Aren't you frustrated and ready to give up?"
I answer:
"No, because I feel like a doctor, I do my very best and I always take the view, as does a doctor or surgeon, that I can heal or at least help the patient. If I fail, I say to myself; 'I did my best, and I learned something which might help next time.' I would hate to be operated on by a pessimistic surgeon who doubted his ability to succeed. The same is true with world servants."

I was deeply moved by your recent interview in Ode Magazine, and your ongoing efforts for peace. I am a lifelong pacifist, and when my husband got deployed to Iraq with his National Guard unit, I was terribly conflicted. I have had many experiences in my work with Military Families Speak Out.

At night I open the window and ask the moon to come and press its face aganst mine,breathe into me.
Close the language door and open the love window. The moon won't use the door, only the window.
