Citizens have gained personal involvement in national affairs but not in world affairs. They have been kept away from them. They have not realized that they can be powerful international motivators who can substantially change "foreign" and world policies. International non-governmental organizations are the first to understand that. Join them and begin to create a true, vocal world democracy.
