Idea Dreams 6001-6500

~ Idea 6101 ~

What a surprising, wonderful birthday party was arranged for my eightieth birthday by my daughter Solange and son Phillipe at his house. So many dear friends were invited, for example Ewart Cousins and his co-working wife Carmen and several others.

They made statements why they loved, admired me, how I encouraged them constantly in their work. It was a wonderful series of testimonies, including from Francois, Barbara and Solange, whom I inspired to lead a life of service to others and to our Earth.

I cried and told them what had made me a peacemaker, namely the twenty young Germans killed in World War II to whom I had promised that they would not be harmed if they surrendered.

My thoughts were also with my beloved United Nations. Never had there been on Earth such a concern for the well-being and justice of all humanity and the preservation and salvation of our Mother Earth. I prayed and hoped that it would be soon transformed into the United Humanity and Earth Organization.

Robert's Golden Sayings
I do not mind being called childish. My dream is to remain childish as long as I live, with wonder in my heart and glimmer in my eyes.

My Testament to the UN
-A Contribution to the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations, 1995, Chapter 9

Through its pioneer work and early warnings on the environent, culminating in the UNCED 11 in Rio de Janeiro, the largest world conference ever in all human history, the UN has made an important contribution to the religiosity or spirituality of this planet: respect for the Creation of God, for the sacredness of this planet, for its uniqueness in the cosmos, for the sanctity of all life on it.

Robert Muller's Birthday

"What is your most important question
about the life of Robert Muller
as we celebrate his 83rd birthday?"

Robert Muller Hear Robert Muller LIVE on his Birthday Douglas Gillies

Robert Muller is celebrating his birthday on March 11, 2006, and you're invited to join Robert live on the telephone!

When I wrote Robert Muller's biography, Prophet--the Hatmaker's Son, I wanted to show readers how Robert came to think like a global citizen. Over a period of three years, I interviewed him 42 times. This year, on his 83rd birthday, I will interview Robert once again, but this time I will be asking YOUR questions.

Here's how it works. You go to http://www.robertmullerpeacemaker.com and ask your most important question about Robert's life. In a few days, I'll send you an email with the phone number and access code. This is a free call. The only cost will be your regular long distance charges. On March 11 at 9:00 a.m. PST Robert will answer YOUR questions about his life. If you prefer to send a birthday greeting instead of a question, that's fine.

I will ask as many questions and read as many greetings as time permits. If we don't get through them all, I will present the rest of the questions and comments to Robert on a birthday card. Maybe we'll even do this again sometime.

It gets better. I'm going to professionally record the call. Anyone who signs up will get a chance to listen to the audio on their computer or their iPod whenever they want (so it's not a problem if you miss the call). If there's enough interest, a PDF transcript will be made.

Many people receiving this email have already read Prophet the Hatmaker's Son. If you don't have a copy, or if you would like to give it to someone on Robert's birthday, you can now buy Prophet wholesale for only $14.95. That's what the bookstores pay, and I'll go one better and pay for the postage to ship it by Priority Mail anywhere in the U.S. Read about how Robert Muller fought in the French Resistance during World War II and then dedicated his life to peace at the United Nations.

This is going to be fun! I hope you can join us.

All the best,

Happiness is a
Decision

The United Nations’ legendary Robert Muller maintains with the Dalai Lama that happiness is the purpose of life. With the
re-release of Muller’s 1978 classic Most of All They Taught Me Happiness, he and his wife Barbara Gaughen Muller are
committed to teaching “why happiness works,” how it’s a choice, and that being happy is actually proof that you are
living your code of destiny.

Learn how DECIDING to be happy even in the most difficult situations contributes to the health and well-being of ourselves, each other and the entire planet.
