Idea Dreams 6001-6500

~ Idea 6104 ~
Mother Earth:
“The poor countries will die from overpopulation. The rich ones will die from the colossal waste, garbage, overproduction, overconsumption, unhappiness, dissatisfaction and no longer wanting any children.

There is no longer a democracy in the world. Plutocracy, billionairecracy, corporatecracy, bankcracy and mediacracy are ruling it.

The poor countries, instead of imitating the rich countries, should ask themselves in every city and village: What should we do? What lives should we live to still be here in a thousand years when the rich countries and their skyscrapers will have gone under?

My Testament to the UN
-A Contribution to the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations, 1995, Chapter 9

Dag Hammarskjold entered the UN as a high level economist and government servant. At the UN he became a world servant and ended as one of the greatest mystics of our time. The word God ever appeared in his " Markings " until he joined the UN. Then they became a constant dialogue with God. After his death, on his night table his colleagues found the book of a mystic: " Thomas A. Kempis, The Imitation of Christ."

Toward the end of his mandate Dag Hammarskjold declared:

"I see no hope for permanent world peace. We have tried and failed miserably. Unless the world has a spiritual rebirth, civilization is doomed."

Happiness is a
Decision

The United Nations’ legendary Robert Muller maintains with the Dalai Lama that happiness is the purpose of life. With the
re-release of Muller’s 1978 classic Most of All They Taught Me Happiness, he and his wife Barbara Gaughen Muller are
committed to teaching “why happiness works,” how it’s a choice, and that being happy is actually proof that you are
living your code of destiny.

Learn how DECIDING to be happy even in the most difficult situations contributes to the health and well-being of ourselves, each other and the entire planet.
