| We are supposed to take good care of our mind, heart and body to pursue the further evolution of the Earth. To do this we must have a perfectly functioning mind, heart and body. If we don’t, if through smoking, alcohol and excessive nutrition, we render the body inefficient, ‘sick’ as we call it, the cosmos will let us die as useless beings. This potential killing is built in our bodies. It can be suppressed only by living the right life.

Humanity wanders through errors and sorrows. But there is a great guiding hand behind it all. Our tribulations produce experience, experience produces hope and hope is the pathway to success. After my many years at the UN I have become convinced of the ultimate success of the human species.
