Famous French writer Montesquieu was a very busy government official, but he found a way to express his opinions: he wrote bits and pieces attributed to a Persian foreign visitor who expressed his ideas and judgements of France and its government. They became the famous Persian Letters, a landmark in world political literature.
Today we should write letters from outer space beings who would tell us how to govern well rightly our beautiful planet Earth.
