I recommend that the United Nations Atomic Energy Agency should not be limited to energy. It should also collect statistics on the costs of building the existing and new atomic bombs, stations, personnel, maintenance and accidents insurance etc.
These statistics would be quite a shock and perhaps arouse a people’s revolt similar to the revolt against the Iraq war.
