Since the time when the US government managed to get the UN Center of Multinational Corporations suppressed upon the election of Mr. Boutros-Ghali as Secretary General in 1992 the role of their corporations in the world has increased immensely. I recommend therefore the urgent creation of a full United Nations Agency on Multinational Corporations.
