There is not only need to demilitarize the Earth
but also to decriminalize her
There should be a World Center of Earth Crimes
and Earth criminology

In response to the Secretary-Ueneral's appeal tor the tortleth anniversary of the UN, Canada, the USSR and a number of other countries convened meetings of some of their best minds to review the UN at forty. I pray that on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary in 1995, all countries of the world will follow this example.

He and his wife Barbara Gaughen-Muller, an educator specializing in peaceful alternative solutions to world issues, discuss concrete life experiences and offer simple exercises to invite serenity and enthusiasm into your life. They insist that happiness is a must if you are to be true to the marvelous reason you were born. They add that it does take courage.
