My main advices to all heads of states to achieve Paradise Earth in 2020 would be:
1. to have a vision of a magnificent, safe, peaceful Earth for all
2. to declare the Earth as priority number one
3. to ensure the well-being of all humanity by 2020
4. to demilitarize and disarm the whole planet
5. to stop for a time the world population explosion
6. to conceive and establish a proper government of planet Earth
7. to give ecology (Greek oikos logos, the knowledge of our home) priority over economics (oikos nomos, the management of our home)
8. to abolish all borders as did the European Union
9. to consider the European Union as the most advanced world model of cooperation between nations
10. to reform drastically the United Nations into a United Humanity, a further step beyond the European Union
