To be or not to be is the fundamental challenge to humans. To own too much, especially useless anti-natural things is contrary to the 'to be'. We must avoid a 'thinginization' of humankind and of the planet.

At long last, we seem to be on the right path. Let us accelerate the momentum with a host of more settlements and preparations, in order to enter the third millennium with a clean slate and with great new visions, ideas and actions for a millennium of peace, justice, well¬being and human fulf1llment on our miraculous, perhaps unique, lovely planet in the universe.
I urgently recommend the creation of the following new UN agencies:
World Disarmament Agency
World Agency for the Handicapped World Agency for the Elderly World Women's Agency
World Youth Agency
World Energy Agency (incorporating the IAEA) World Transportation Agency
World Ocean and Seabed Agency (still not ratified) World Consumer Agency
World Migration and Refugee Agency
(incorporating the UNH CR)
World Global Data Agency World Outer Space Agency
World Financial Facility for the Environment
World Climate Organization (incorporating the WMO)
