we are water by bernie siegel, md one can stand before a mirror and see one?s image water, like a mirror, reflects our image too but unlike a mirror one must bend forward to get close to the water and one?s self to see the reflection and just as water may present as a liquid, solid or vapor and undergo continual transformation so can we we can close our hearts and become hard and cold as ice or let our warm blood stream flow over obstacles or vaporize when life is to difficult and rise above to fall gently back to life as cooling rain softening the soil of life and when the time is right your blood stream will lead you to the endless sea of life where you will choose to be reborn at the moment when the world experiences a drought of love and you descend slowly and gently onto the harsh winter forming a clean canvas of crystals of white snow for the world to create a work of art |
