A country not united with one or several or all neighboring countries might still have reasons to feel and to maintain an army, but this will diminish more and more. The day will soon come when armaments and armies will have no longer any reasons on Earth and will vanish. The sooner the better for a better world. What immense progress this will allow us to make!
